True, but for the first time in a long time, the Supreme Court finally made some decent decisions. I still strongly support term limits for justices though.

The court has really only been working toward being a PARTISAN tool since post WW2 in my estimation

By POST WW2 i meant for "post" to mean AFTER. Truman would have been ,I believe , in office after WW2.
