We, as members of the community, should follow it.

I have seen lots of people misbehaving, and it has become a problem.

Please, learn proper etiquette and do it. For the sake of a better community.

This will help you train your morals on how to act in our wonderful community.

1. When you comment on a meme, upvote the meme. The exception to this rule is in politics where there are basically two groups of people, conservatives and leftists. It's usually pretty toxic and people don't like each other. However, if you are friends with them or they are being genuinely respectful, I would lean towards still upvoting them. For example, I am in the conservative block but I interact with plenty of people in the leftist block like Octavia_Melody and Heavencanwait. Octavia and I are friends so we upvote even if we disagree with each other. Heavencanwait and I also upvote each other when we interact because we've always been respectful towards each other. I think respectful debate is something that should be encouraged on Imgflip and if you upvote each other, it shows you want to engage in respectful debate. You don't necessarily have to upvote each other in politics, but every other meme you feel the need to comment on, make sure you do the right thing and upvote it.

2. If someone comments on your meme or your comment or you reply to one of their comments, upvote their comment. The exceptions to this rule are trolls, harassers, or someone who didn't upvote your meme. But for the most part, it's polite to upvote their comment since they took the time to upvote and comment on your meme.

Note: If you are interacting with me as in responding to my memes or comments but can't be bothered to upvote, I will downvote you.

3a. When someone is rotten to you, just downvote their comment and move on. If it's really bad where it violates TOS, then flag it. They don't deserve your response. If you decide to respond to their shitty attitude don't lower yourself to their level and do the same. It really makes no sense and doesn't really solve anything.

3b. A side not about users being rotten toward you. Please be aware that not everyone is out to get you. Some of us are just trying to give constructive criticism. No need to get in a fuss over "toxic hate" because of it.

4. Make sure you keep your submissions in the proper streams. No politics or lewd photos in the fun stream, there are proper streams for those. If you are not sure what stream to post something in, try imgflip.com/m/Everyones_A_Mod (shameless self plug). There are barely any posting restrictions so as long as you're not posting spam or porn, it should be featured.

Is that what the counselors do? Huh, or just where you are? Over here in Mexico we bearly have 'em, and they're mostly like...bootleg therapists kind of...or well, theyre supposed to be, I never really went to one cuz I dont trust 'em.
