I can't believe I'm defending millennials but... The children received them, but it was their parents who came up with it and gave them out..

I'm good with blaming the parents for their upbringing, but once they become adults then they are responsible for their actions. Does anyone blame the parents of Ted Bundy? Mass murderers? No. It may come up, but ultimately they should be held accountable for their own actions.
