My Buddy was a Meter reader for Peco and he said he went into many houses that make that look clean in West Philadelphia and Kensignton..He broke his ankle once because he had to go into the basement and there was only like the first 5 steps on the stairs. the rest were gone. He is a Lineman now , He says its much safer lol.. (its not tho)

I've walked out of houses that needed repair work done, I've had to keep my shit together on the way out so not to throw up. People can be discusting.

Sad that people actually live like this. I mean I have boxes because of moving and shifting things around but not TRASH! Ugh.

I just wrapped up a crack house reno, when we went to look at it before my buddy bought, we had to hold our breath, that unmistakeable smell of dog shit and lysol, we looked at eachother and said nah, but he lost the bidding war and got the house. Sent in crew to gut it completely, sad part was the chick living there was actually pretty hot, but disgusting none the less. 3 months later looks brand f**kin new, cleaning lady came yesterday on the market tomorrow, on to the next. The upside, kept me busy and well payed for covid
