No he might be transferred to a different School. Budget cuts and sh!t, the music program was reduced to part time, we managed in saving his position, but the elementary school music teacher has senority and is trying to take his job. He's trying to save it but no one knows what's gonna happen and I've been crying all day bc he was beyond amazing

Oh, that's sad. I've actually had a similar experience. We had a great band director but he eventually moved on to another job (our school doesn't pay very well). He still comes in to direct our plays though so that's cool.

Oh. He's the band director at my school, he's been here for like 4 years and he worked his @$$ off to save the music department and they reward him by transferring him to another school. He's not gonna know until Monday if he gets to stay, but if he goes we are throwing a goodbye party on Google meet

Oh no!! Yeah, one of my favorite teachers and her husband who is also an awesome teacher are moving away, and I was going to have her this year for physics. But she's going to teach it online, but it still won't be the same. So sorry:(
