it is indeed very hard to get followers, but if you comment alot and talk with people, you'll soon be very popular, and you will have people follow you, also some good original content is obviously something that will help, other than that, you can try doing a reveal once you're at like 10 followers or something, for example, i made a meme saying that if i reach 10 followers i will do a finger reveal, and in barely 2 days i had 10 followers, and i did the reveal, so yeah, i guess thats just how it is.
