There is no need to watch the video. This is clear cut racism since the officer was white. The video only shows that if you resist arrest and steal an officers tazer and then attempt to use it on him they will shoot you dead because of your skin color.
If he turns back and fires a tazer at them... Who knows? I know I wouldn't try stealing an officers weapon and then try to use it on them, but hey... to each his own.
