Double standard?

even if something in history was unpleasant or horrible still doesn't mean that we should destroy it, tbh i think the statues are kind of like a line in the sand because if confederate soldiers and generals go down who else will too, and if we can destroy statues why not books and movies that we don't like or dont fit our narratives.

Although confederates literally fought the u.s sometimes a so called traitor or an person who should be forgotten to the sands of time is just someone who had a different opinion or religion. that's why i dislike it when it comes to such matters of free expression of people, and what they destroy its impossible to draw the line almost like chocolates, you eat a piece then want another and another and another until you throw it all up.

what do party lines have to do with anything censorship is bipartisan.
