Yes it looks like when Mega Man equips Fire Storm, Magma Bazooka, Wave Burner, or Heat Wave.

But he has a spike fist (I call it the Spike Upper) and a fire bazooka (I call it the Pyro Buster)

Fun facts:
1) The name came before anything else.
2) Berapi was originally supposed to be somewhat like Shoutmon from Digimon Fusion
3) It was hard to come to a conclusion to use Mega Man as a base considering that he already has many canon recolors due to the game's copy system.
