I mean, at school, me and three of my friends are all miserable and are kind off sick of living, but the teachers tell us to be positive, so we all just put on fake smiles and continue with our day.

In my opinion, I think it's bad to tell everyone to be positive all the time, because, as far as I can tell, being positive all the time, even in a bad situation, will break you.
