I’m not sure if this is a joke or not. Anyone with an IQ within the normal range knows that no vaccine is 100% effective & that viruses can mutate which makes vaccines less effective. What IS funny (well, sad really) are those that are afraid of vaccines based on what they read on Facebook & Twitter instead of what scientists say.
