-Littering (SAVE THE ANIMALS)
-riots? (They're getting annoying and spreading to my smol and usually peaceful town)

Yes, but it's already illegal.
I think I'd not ban riots, yes, they are spreading and are getting violent, but taking away that freedom might cause bigger problems. I think making sure riots stay peaceful is key. Like I heard in Michigan there were cops that laid down all of their gear and got on their knees and people linked arms with them in protest.
Pollution is, but ya can't exactly ban that very well, unfortunately

Well fist I would unban some things if that’s cool. I would make marijuana legal though out the us. I would also unban the use of psychedelic/hallucinogens such as psilocybin, LSD, and DMT.

There would be strict rules but it would be legal. DMT is naturally occurring in many plants and animals. It is also used for religious purposes in other countries. Psilocybin (shrooms) and LSD can be used recreationally for fun but also can help reduce depression in some cases. And if it were legal there would be a lower chance of someone lacing batches of LSD with other things and a little to no chance of someone picking the wrong type of mushrooms.
