I believe its you, my phrasing might sound a little awkward because of the two accounts.
If I understand the issue correctly, SCP-173-Killer account was set up with an email address that doesn't work. I'm basing that on a now deleted image where I remember you/SCP-173-Killer stating that in the image. I made a few suggestions over the past months, but it appears SCP-173-Killer account was not able to update their
imgflip.com/settings with a working email address and verify that.
In the absence of a user remembering or guessing the correct account password, I don't know how to recover an account where a non-working email was used for the account set up.
Even if Imgflip manually sent a password reset, it would be in an email to an incorrect/non-working address.
I think the only hope to recover the account is to remember or successfully guess the password.
The last longshot hope to account recovery is
imgflip.com/feedback or an email from a new working email account to
[email protected], but you would need to know and include the non working email address that was used for account setup.
I'm rooting for you, good luck.
