Try to create a new account and pretend to be a Tik Toker in that account. You can delete the account once this operation is over. If you get any confirmation that he's a Tik Toker, post it here on the stream as a screenshot, then delete your fake account.
He seems to not like Tik Tok, and he only downloaded Tik Tok just to give this woman a "piece of his mind." It seems like he has Tik Tok, but only to diss people on it. Overall report: Not a Tik Toker, though I will try and collect more info on him.

Just because you posted in the ai memes stream doesn't mean we have to believe it's one. Also, I've tried the ai meme generator, and it's not smart enough to do that.
As the moderator said, we can't delete Tik Tok because then all of them would go to YouTube or imgflip and plague it with their cringe. However, I have a different war strategy. We can keep on throwing those one star reviews at them, no matter how much they're deleted. Meanwhile, instead of hating on Tik Tokers, pretend to be one. Ask why they like Tik Tok so much, have a bit of conversation with them, and then using that information you can convert them to the good side, and we'll have another member on our team. This is all we can really do. Good luck, and continue buying your guns from the gun shop. Whatever happens, we WILL win this war, soldiers.
