Let me explain his backstory.
Blixer was once a young Japanese boy who was being abused by his parents, typically because he had a disorder in the brain which made him become angry and violent.
He became depressed, as he wasn't just abused at home, he was also incredibly stressed and anxious, mainly because of school (the school system in Japan is messed up, go and Google it to know what I'm talking about), as the teachers kept yelling at him.
He was also being bullied for constantly losing his temper in class.
Eventually, he killed himself, hence becoming a devil, forever waiting for the chance to kill the people who drove him to suicide.
A known detail is the fact that his devil state is pink. Pink in Japanese culture symbolizes youth, tenderness and innocence, all things which he kept wishing for when he was human and never got.
But he is also black, and according to Japanese culture, black symbolizes death, destruction, doom, fear and sorrow. But black used alone can also mean mourning and misfortune.
