Except Ryan Fournier got it wrong. Being classified as a publisher does not hold them accountable for censoring conservatives - it actually requires them to censor.
What it does to them, is makes them accountable for everything they do NOT censor. When liberals tweet calls to violence, or post fake (libelous) news - Twitter can now be held to account for THOSE tweets, because they chose NOT to censor them.
