Hey, everyone, I made my own smoothie recipe and so far it tastes (and feels) pretty good.
Measurements are approximate:; 1/2 cup of ice
1.5 bananas
2 tbsp plain yogurt
1/4 cup of dry oatmeal
2 egg whites
1/2 cup spinach
Pinch of cayenne, turmeric, and cocoa powder
1 tsp honey
1 cup of strawberry/banana yogurt (optional)

An understandable concern, but I use pasteurized eggs. If you wish, you can pop them into a microwave for a few seconds before adding them. The banana will overcome pretty much any taste.

Yeah, I was just talking to my friend about that the other day. When you have a blender, ice, and yogurt, the world is your oyster. LOL. You can throw anything in there, blend it up, and see how it tastes. If it tastes good, then hopefully you wrote the ingredients down before you forget what you put in there.

Please be careful when using raw eggs. I use pasteurized eggs, but make sure they're fresh and grade-A. Mine go straight from the fridge to my blender.
