I made a stream with a different account. The stream has been used for spamming useless images and I want to put a stop to it. Only problem: I don't know my email or password that I used for the account. I don't even remember the password for the Google account so I won't be able to get in to see the email. I need help.

The only authority for an Imgflip account is the email address used for the sign up.

I think once or twice a Moderator or an Owner has been added to an inactive stream by Imgflip.
