But hey, you can just do what I did! Tell a few friends, but then one of them tells basically the whole grade which then forces you to tell your mom who then tells your dad because you're too scared to tell him and then tell your nine year old sister who doesn't shut up about your sexuality ever and your family makes offensive comments and when you tell them to stop they just say crap like "it's not offensive" or "it's just the truth" then go around saying that they are accepting and allies only for then a few months later you realize that you are a lesbian and you just don't want to come out so you just tell a few people and figure that eventually everyone will know.

Unless you're family is extremely homophobic, you should come out. My friends who are Bi told me that when they did it, their parents just accepted it. But again, if your family is extremely homophobic, I would take caution if you want to come out to them. You can do it!!
