Oh, hm, I'm not really an expert on that. I used to have it sometimes but lately I've been just fine. My English teacher is an absolute expert though cause she has insomnia and she's an expert on sleep. Something that can really help is turning off the screens maybe an hour before you go to bed because the light from the screen can make your brain think the sun is out. I usually don't do that, but I have my screens on the lowest brightness so that probably affects it too.
