I have no idea who this guy is and I have no background information either about what they did.

I guess he hasn't had a verfied email recently, but if you would comment negative to him he'd comment back something like "thank you !!" and be all nice. I had no idea he sent pictures to minors though. Sadly... a few days ago I saw one of his memes with his p**is visible through the panties... that's definitely why he got deleted last time.

Private parts must be hidden. Otherwise, the image could be deleted by mods and could sometimes delete the creator's account. Showing a private part of the human body could be a violations of the Imgflip TOS.
