I probably won't get to Chester this year (haven't been there since 1978) but I hope everyone there will exercise their civic duty at least once.

if you go, bring a bullet proof vest, its gotten much worse. I personally have had 2 pals killed there (but then again 1 was beaten to death, the other thrown off an over pass onto I95 in front of a semi)
