He regularly does memes that just trash the DNC and some that are purely graphic with no text at all. Hrs does a lot where he whines about his memes getting taken down.

Don't just look at the image - look at the user's recent comments. That's where he gives himself away. He's really not that hard to spot at all, but don't just assume there's one kind of meme he always does or you're only catching about a third of his spam fest.
