Is the owner FBIM? I'm trying to figure out because I may have written it down, and it looks like people are using that stream to spam.

Since Imgflip doesn't currently display who Stream Owners are, I'm reluctant to say. 



I can confirm there is a Stream Owner as of 2020-05-19. imgflip.com/user/FBIM is either an Owner or Moderator.
