The salon owner got two days for contempt of court. The judge offered her no jail time if she apologized.

So, someone went to jail for not obeying an unconstitutional edict...got it. Which salon owner are you referring to, cause there a a lot of them, just not all of them getting national attention. You realize that whoever it is that you're referencing is just one out of many? Also, this meme isn't about judges; it's about the mob, who currently are calling for the lock-up of protestors and even wishing death on them and their families simply because they want to get out and work to support those same families. I posted a pic of people at the beach this weekend and immediately leftists chimed in saying that they hope they and their families die of covid 19. People are sick...in the head. People in my area are actually calling for authorities to "weld" people in their houses. It's f**king sick, the hysteria that the left is striving for. Why are those people constantly trying to one-up their last hysterical bullshit. They get crazier and more extreme every month. Now they're eating their own, because it's not just trumpsters that are in these protest and having problems staying home. It's all sides, except now it seems that any leftist or liberal who questions what's going on is immediately branded a trumptard and cast aside as irrelevant. They're going to start something that escalates out of control.

If you disrespect a court of law, you get a small amount of jail time. This has literally always been the case. This is not new. This is not a right that's been taken away. You were never allowed to disobey a direct order from the court.

Still missing the point. This is about public outcry for the locking up of, in this case, salon owners. However the cries are for anyone getting out and living their life. The court had no constitutional basis for issuing the order and therefore has no basis for enforcing an unconstitutional order. People in our area have been locked up for opening up their businesses, walking in a park, and throwing birthday parties, in a state with little affect from covid 19. None of it is constitutional, and no one has the authority to just tell people to shut their businesses down without due process, which, in all these cases, never happened. To cry out about tyranny, the left seems hell bent on establishing it, not only giving absolute control to one person, but anyone wearing a uniform and having letters behind their name.

No, see, that's exactly what the court ruled - public health orders like this are constitutionally fine. And actually necessary. Promote the general welfare - it's the first sentance. Anyway, if you disagree with a court, you appeal the decision. She was given every due process to avoid jail.
