What do we do?

A lot of people are leaving. There’s nothing we can do to stop it.

There has to be something we can do! We cannot simply stand on the side while these people fall. We must take some action!

With all these people leaving, imgflip is becoming less and less funny as the bullies take over. The mods need to be doing something to stop it.

I've done my best to reason with the Global/Community Mods about cyberbullying/harassment. They will act sometimes but their position also appears to be that this site must cater to *all* segments of its userbase, which includes both normal positive-minded people like us and toxic bullies.

But your observation that the haters will take over the site if not curbed is exactly correct. It's happened with other websites and it could happen here. Some of the most legendary memers already left because of it.

Until the Global/Community Mods wake up, or they decide to promote a few folks like me to the position of Community Mod, we should take care of our own and lead a grassroots effort.

I have a 5% of coming back. But i dont think i will...Also, i just had one of my worst and pointless arguments with DANKinator. This f**ker thinks his better than all of us, and he pretended to be a gangmember and also said i was his "good friend". Everybody is now just calling him a creep and other stuff.... After i blocked him he said "its about time you block me you f**ktard". I can still see his comments through his profile... EH....I guess that goes to a 2% of coming back....

if i decide to come back, i'm pretty sure imgflip might be a little better and possibly impove a lot more, but i think things are going to get worse even if this revolution stuff kicks in, i might stay unless some point in the next year things get worse

Gosh Cheez-its this is the most toxic website ive ever been to though

i want to leave for multiple reasons, hackers/seeing hate/ and imposters/making names about calling people losers and stupid other things, etc..

i might check in to imgflip every so often to see whats up after i leave maybe like 4 times in 1 - 2 months or so too see whats going on

It is doomed.... I think it will never be the same as it use to be...... For now....Ill be playing call of duty mobile and improving my skills in beatboxing too. And also take care of some friends i have in other games.
