Actually though Cars 3 could have a sequel and Iron Man could show up in doctor strange 2 as an alternate universe version

True for Cars 3, but it won't be the same, it'll feel too forced. And the reason Iron Man died was cause Robert Downey Jr.'s contract with Marvel ended, so chances are pretty slim. But I'm hopeful.
