I got a lead in a play and my friend got ensemble- and she really wanted this one part. Then this annoying kid got the exact part she wanted and we all had to deal with her instead of my friend on set.

once my friend got into play and i didn't get in. i was sad but happy for my friend. i was also angry because the stage mangers daughter got in and in my opinion she wasn't good.

It's the most annoying thing when directors have a prejudice. Sorry about that play:/ Hope you get into the next one(after quarantine is over, of course)
