how u make a templete?

As you upload an image it gives you an option to make a template with a little box that says "Allow this template to be shared publicly" And then you chose a name and other things and when you finally accept you copy the link for the template and then you post it on the meme. I'll give you an example.

Would you mind a follow up question? I've succeeded in uploading & making a template. It has an issue I hope to get advice for.

I wonder if there is a way to position the text fields. There are two provided at top and bottom. I would like one of them to be in the vertical center. This results in the standard two captions for the image macro. Can the bottom text field be positioned higher on the image.

Under the text boxes, there is something that says "more options" and then there is a little checkbox right under it once you click that lets you drag and resize. Glad I could help :)
