Hi, I put the link here so you might go take a look at the spread of the Covid19 genome throughout the world. After you look at It I think you will conclude that the U.S had people coming as early as Europe did with infections. The U.S had peoples from I think it's 15 countries bringing it in which is much higher than any other.
Otherwise it is an interesting project that began at the start of this which did provide me with insight into where in the world was likely to get the largest infections and where it would be lower. Based upon the early transmissions without the individual countries control measures having been applied, the exception being Australia which has very low numbers of infection and morbidity but had large numbers of early spread.
