Yep! The US Constitution cannot be infringed upon; Yep! The 1st amendment entails freedom of assembly and a right to peacefully protest; That makes sense to me! Then you can't infringe on the freedom of assembly and the right to peacefully protest; So by arresting people for gathering in protest of the economic shutdown you're infringing on their 1st Amendment rights! YOU CANNOT ASSEMBLE IN PUBLIC BECAUSE THAT VIOLATES OUR STAY AT HOME ORDER!
