*A giant beam appears where the ark is and takes out most of the space pirates*

Shovel Knight: I’ll deal with these pirates, you go get to the ark!
Lime: I’m on it. *begins to fly towards the ark when a proton beam hits an engine* I’m hit! One of my engines is out!

“Quick, get on my ship!”
*the ark fires another beam, taking all but 1 pirate out*

*a proton beam strikes the other engine*
Lime: I’m stuck!
Shovel Knight: I’m coming in with the assist, hang on!
Lime: oh god, not this again.
Shovel knight: *hits Lime’s star fighter into the docking bay*
