It’s possible to take an existing image and just recollection it. That’s what I did. I can’t draw either but I was able to do that. Here is a picture of Ice Fennekin I made, it looks super good, this won’t work on all Pokemon though.

You edit the images with a different software like Paint 3D (which I think is free) or photoshop.

Paint 3D is literally a drawing app, I’d think they would be fine with it, just ask them, if their not fine with it, then I don’t know what to tell you. (Paint 3D is a windows application on a surface or windows laptop)
