Since I hit 50 members with team smashdown, i decided to make some kind of sectors to keep them in line.

well, Jr team is for the younger ones or trainees (If you like to call it that), & S team is the strongest team so far.

what does A, and the others mean?

Just your average teams, for different levels of missions.
