I mean what I mean, of course

Yeah.My older brother works at this club type thing,and I get to perform a lot,which is so cool,but they either put soooo much make-up on you,or you do the make up yourself,and ive seen people do the bright pink blush blue lips and thick eyeliner.A lot of the songs I do have cool styles though,so it's not so bad.They make me pale,and hide my eyes in red eyeshadow and eyeliner.

A fifth grader? Performing?!?!?!

Well,They don't have to know I'm in 5th grade.....
Lol I'm kidding.But yeah,i grew up and still am around music and performing.And bc my brother works there,they let me perform,and I love it.

Cool! I dance. I mean, others do too. Does your performing cut into school sometimes? Mine does when we need to perform the Nutcracker

Yeah.Plus,when I am at home I usually have to rehearse.
Like,on Halloween,they had this super cool thing where they would take movies,and we would perform songs and scenes,but it was an all day thing.I was able to do a few songs in the morning,and I went back after school,but I missed like 4 hours of school.

I don't regret it though.I got to be Sally from the nightmare before Christmas. I don't remember the others really well,but I remember being her.

Oof. I have to skip two days of the week!
This year, there were snow days on a Monday and Tuesday, there was a half day on Wednesday, and on Thursday and Friday I skipped because of Nutcracker. I was in school for 4 hours in one week!
