What kinda work outs do you do?

A mix of HIIT and Pilates. I try to add in some light weight lifting too. Nothing too extreme.

Well, I just workout at home or just take a bike ride so simple top and capri or yoga pants. I like the stretchy shirts that breathe, especially in the Texas heat. I actually for the first time in my life found a sports bra that I really like. It's not the crossback that slips over your head and so tight it shoves the girls together, I hate that. Avia underwire sports bra that clips in the back like normal. Check it out. My bouncy claustrophobic boobs love them, lol. Support and separate that's my motto when it comes to bras.
