There are soooooo many great pirate songs though... Like
"The Hangman's Jig" by Cap'n Tor and the ne'er do well cads,
"Sulfur" or "Queen's Decree" by The Dreadcrew of Oddwood,
"La Buse" by Libertalia,
"Hangman's Noose" or "Come on Home" by Pat Razket (and actually their covers of "A Pirate's Curse" - which is basically the classic "15 Men on the Dead Man's Chest" - and "Hoist the Colours" as well),
"Black Sails" by The O'Reillys and the Paddyhats,
"Le Corsair" by Saltatio Mortis,
"Gallows Dance" by Stormfrun,
"This Night We Spend Ashore" by Varend Volk,
"Live to Rove Again" by Pyrolysis,
"The Flying Dutchman" or "The Devil's Reach" by The Jolly Rogers,
"Tyme Flyes When You're Havin' Rum" by Pirates For Sail,
basically the albums "Lunte gerochen", "Tote Narren", "Pulverdampf", and "Fauler Zauber" by Vroudenspil, but "Meuterei" or "Kurs aufs Leben" might be a good starting point,
basically everything by "Mr. Hurley und die Pulveraffen", a good starting point might be "Daisy Jones", "Leviathan" or "Booty Island",
literally everything by Ye Banished Privateers starting with "First Night Back in Port", "Yellow Jack", "You and Me and the Devil Makes Three" or "Rowing With One Hand", but I'd suggest watching a whole concert if possible.
Ok, I'll stop now. 🙈
