I was just snorting some cocaine, and I saw this ant on a dog, and it was checking me out saying "Yes Zaddy!". So the only reasonable thing to do is to stomp its head in, I ain't no ass candy. People started looking at me weirdly and this girl came running saying, "Fido! You killed my DOG!". Anyways is it illegal to step on ants?

As long as you ONLY step on the ant... It would have been more logical to use your hand to get a tissue and gently pick the ant off of the dog's head and then crush the ant in the tissue and then discard it.

But it's the dogs' fault for having an ant on it!

No, its not, he could not help it. The ant was the one who had decided to crawl on the dog and the dog can not so simply just remove the ant as it really has no effective way to do so and may have not even noticed the ant crawling on it.
