Here, "I will show."

First, you go to a place where you can comment.
Second, click add meme.
Third, either upload a gif from your device or search all memes for a picture that has an animated title (for example, type in "lol" and scroll down, you will see it).
Fourth, click it. You will be brought to the gif maker.
Fith, add whatever titles and such, and press "generate."
Sixth, once it has loaded copy the middle link (BBcodeForums).
Seventh, press change settings, so you don't have to fully generate it.
Eighth, go to wherever you want and past the link.
Ninth, copy the part of the link that says [img]xxxxxxx[img].

Example:
