This is honestly freaking adorable. It’s so cute! The bangs are really unnatural compared to the ends of the hair, tho. It’s a big improvement, and you fixed the nose. The pupils are less circular than they should be, but overall this is awesome! If she’s surprised, you need to show more of her pupils. I’m hoping to see more of your OCs*.

I’ve seen some of your other images and you are improving so much! I not sure if it’s just an art style but in a later drawing make the tips of the bangs a straight line instead of what you have now. Also have you looked into shading techniques? I think if you learns some more basics you drawing would really improve. But otherwise great job :)!
