My advice: Stick to a certain style. If you're basing it off, for example, a tree, adding a wool hat wouldn't look that good.

Erm... the nose is a problem, and her eyelashes aren’t working with the whole design. Her mouth doesn’t have lips, which wouldn’t be a problem if this wasn’t supposed to look realistic. The hair only goes down the sides and, unless all that area is neck, her hair needs to go all the way around. Her hair is flat, and it doesn’t move with the face. The ends of the hair are unnatural, and I kinda can’t tell whether she’s looking up or looking at the viewer. I know I just wrote a ton of stuff, and this is honestly a great first draft. I’m hoping to see a second one soon!
