(Emergency Brodcast with the warning of "Hypercane Advisory" Appears)
(S.A.M.E headers go off thrice followed by attention tones)
Tom: The following message is transmitted by the request of the National Weather Service. 4 weeks ago, Ocean Water temperatures reached a high enough temperature for a hypercane to form, now, a hypercane has officially formed, the hypercane is a catagory 1 with winds as high as 502 mph. This hypercane is not yet in the path for most of the United States of America, but is headed towards Russia and Alaska. It is recommended that people stockpile up on food and supplies, have a NOAA weather radio for further updates, and hide in very deep and large underground shelters as the outer bands of this Hypercane could hit the Upper west of the United States. Stay tunes for more information.
