Who Would Win?

f we’re talking about the arsenal they use, Master Chief is once again out matched by the sheer variety of which Doom Slayer can hold on him at one time. Although Master Chief is proficient which each firearm he picks up, he’s only capable of carrying 2 guns at a time. Doom Slayer, through his ‘blessed mumbo jumbo’ has an interdimensional of which he stores all of his weapons. Doom Slayer also has access to weapons that match Master Chief in every role, save the .50 cal sniper rifle he can fire from way over a mile away.

The Mjolnir armor, although extremely strong, also doesn’t even begin to match Doom Guy’s durability. As stated in the Slayers Testament in DOOM 2016, he rampaged through hell for over a thousand years and was only stopped by being lured into a city sized temple that they collapsed on top of him. This, in fact, did not actually harm the Doom Slayer and did nothing but stun him. Which was long enough for the demons of hell to cast a spell and seal both him and his armor away (only to find by us pesky humans another thousand years later). In DOOM Eternal, there is also a scene of which he fires himself out of a rail gun and into the side of a building, landing on his feet without a scratch.

Simply put, Master Chief doesn’t stand up to Doom Guy, or the Doom Slayer, in any way. Master Chief only outweighs the Doom Slayer, but does not match up to his immense, blessed strength. The Doom Slayer, as evident from the Slayers Testament, never tires or rests and is unrelenting when in battle. If we’re talking tactical experience, Master Chief is but a child to Doom Guy, as he has lived for literally thousands of years. He’s killed more ways than Master Chief has dreamed. His hell forged armor and blessed durability/strength also surpasses that of Master Chief.

Should the 2 legends ever meet in battle, it would most likely go on for several of hours, if not days. But, in the end, the Doom Slayer would win simply for his durability and unlimited stamina alone. Many people also say Master Chief has an experience advantage and would be able to adapt to anything the Doom Slayer throws at him, but even if that were the case (of which its not by the previously stated mention that he is literally thousands of years old), he simply wouldn’t be able to stand up to his unrelenting attacks.

He would never rest. He would never stop to eat, or to drink. Never take a moment to catch his breath. Using momentum, Master Chief might knock him down, but would be un

unable to pin him due to his immense strength. The battle would end with Doom Slayer crushing Master Chief’s arm and pile driving him into the ground with a 20 ton force. Considering both of their experience, the length of the battle would make it easy to assume they’d run out of ammo and resort to melee combat when ammunition is unavailable. Doom Slayer, after killing literal billions of demons over countless millennia, can easily react to anything Master Chief might do. Especially considering he’s probably already done that exact same thing to murder a demon.

I love Halo, and I love Master Chief, but the Doom Slayer is a mortal blessed with the powers of a god, and heals himself by murdering demonic enemies. I’m just saying… He regularly goes around tearing demons up with his bare hands that are bigger than Brutes from Halo (Hell Knights.

Without having the time to fully explain it, Doom Slayer would win for multiple reasons. Although the answers given here state Master Chief has a tactical advantage over his experience from being trained at 6 years old, that is kind of incorrect. Not only do you have to take account Doom Guy’s MINIMUM 10 year military service as a Doom Marine, but you also have to take into account the millennia he fought in Hell as the Doom Slayer.

Besides the stupidly large amount of weapons he can carry at one time and the ammo count of which he has, we can assume he gets his health for the Argent Energy stored in the demons of Hell. That being said, in the Slayers Testament its stated he fought a titan-sized creature (of which you crawl through its skeletal remains in DOOM 2016) for a decade. This makes it very plausible that Doom Guy doesn’t require sustenance to survive as there would be no food source in Hell save dead demon meet. In the games, we also see the corpses burn away and so we can ALSO rule that out.

If we’re taking speed into account, it gets a little tricky. Master Chief, using his power armor and super human strength, can reach 60 MPH when at full sprint. When he reaches these speeds (as seen in some cinematic moments) it does take him a moment to stop his momentum. His large amount of weight also means that he cannot stop on a dime. Doom Slayer’s stats, of which I’ve completely ripped off of youtubers that have done the calculations using the frames at which he moves in games, mantains a constant, steady pace of about 25 MPH while also firing accurately with his guns. Master Chief, to maintain his much higher maximum speed, puts all his force into running and thus his accurate is greatly decreased. Doom Guy’s weight to Master Chief’s weight however, means the Doom Slayer has a clear advantage over immediate reaction times.

Now, when I talk mass, one might think I’m also referring to their strength. If we’re talking about who has more strength, that goes to Doom Slayer. After being blessed by the Khan Mayker (or however you spell it), Doom Guy is seen repeatedly lifting 10 ton solid steel doors with little effort. Master Chief can only lift 2 to 3 tons when in his armor. Once again using stats from “Can the DOOM Slayer beat a Space Marine?”, the Doom Slayer can lift about 20–30 tons as evidently seen in DOOM Eternal and DOOM 2016.
