Mitzuko is able to summon water and transform them into arrows, which she then fires from her bow, known as the Purity Bow. She can also use water in order to heal herself.
For her Final Smash, she summons an huge tsunami and manipulates it to attack everything around her except herself, for she can use her Grace Shield to protect herself.
