When it first started, I can pretty much describe it as suddenly feel like I don't serve a purpose and I have no meaning in my life.

Well that might be from being put down by others,or simply not being told enough that you're special(it's actually very important for people to get the love they need)

Maybe find hobbies,things you like to do.Do you have any friends or family that youre particularly close to?

That makes sense that I wasn't told that I'm special enough. I'm going to try find hobbies that I might enjoy. I do have friends/family that I'm close to, when I had to go through depression, I wanted to be alone. Thanks for asking ;)
