Okay, so in thar' Meme Generator, above the meme's title, they'll be a button that says 'Upload Image'. Go there and either copy a image or upload on from yer' device, then below thar', they'll be a checkbox that says:
'Allow this template to be shared publicly'
Check in thar' box and some things to make it an official template will come up, lad. Fill in thar' fields and when yer' done, click 'Upload' and ye have yerself a template! Ye can then view yer templates in 'My Templates' on the side view with yer Profile and My Images and all thar, and ye can also see em' by going to thar' 'My' tab on the Meme Generator.
