We can’t always catch TOS abuses on our own, that’s why the flag feature is in place as it is. Imgflip always wants to be on the side of caution when dealing with situations like users harassing each other. That’s why we don’t delete users unless we really have to. If a user is annoying but is not necessarily breaking TOS, we do have a block button now so you don’t have to see their comments.

Can you flag hateful users tho?

You can technically flag any user you want for any reason you want. It's up to the mods to decide whether the flagged comment violates TOS or not. Generally I am only going to take down comments that are threats or worse.

How do I flag someone? (I don't want to flag this person, I just randomly selected a user)

There is no flag feature to ban users or streams. If you see a user or stream (not just a few nasty images and comments) that is violating TOS, you can leave a comment on either mine or another mod's meme and we will take it from there.

Yeah! I hate those 4 people, EthanEnriquezDavis2020edition, my archenemy, KadenIsDaBoi, Trooper06, and The-One are really hateful about HTF and it's such a chaos on me. I blocked the first 3 users because they were mean except one.

Generally not a good idea to be bragging about hating people to anyone, especially to a mod, as it violates the harassment policy in TOS. I’ll leave it up though as I think it can be used as a good example of what not to do here on Imgflip.

I know you can flag images and comments, but I don't know if there is a way to flag users and streams. I feel like if a stream exists that the global mods don't know about that it hateful, or a user posts hateful things, they can't get flagged. Sometimes people will post hate comments then immediately delete their accounts. Also, some users will through in some bad and hateful things.

The anti stream is one reason why we should be able to flag streams. Entire streams dedicated to bashing others is abhorable.
