Really? Why so hard to understand, the top 10 homeless cities and surrounding county are run by Democrats. NYC, Los Angeles, San Diego,San Jose, Washington DC, San Francisco, Phoenix/Mesa, Boston, Las Vegas, and they people piss and shit every where, dirty needles every where, and diseases like Typhoid are showing up
