Even if ur going for a chibi style the neck is kinda thicc. The eyes are lopsided and her only feminism is the dress and hair. the tail is kinda uneven. If you were going for a proportionate more realistic character i would say the head is way too big but for a chibi anime type style its good. other than that i like your potential, keep trying different things and i hope you find the pic i use for females when drawing them. (And yes... imma guy)
