Is there anyone in particular that is hurting you? If there is, I have a suggestion. My therapist irl told me to write a letter pouring out your feelings towards them. Write as much or as little as you want. After you feel you have everything you want to say, burn the letter. Let it all go. You don't have to actually burn it just get rid of it in some way signifying that you've let it all go.
